Our Start

At Inventions for Inclusion, we believe everybody deserves the tools to explore their world fully, and no one should have to figure it out alone.

We are a Kentucky nonprofit founded by parents of a child with multiple disabilities, and a team of innovators dedicated to a future where accessible and adaptable tools are not an afterthought, but a guarantee. 

We design adaptive products and assistive technology that make everyday moments more accessible for people of all abilities.

Inventions for Inclusion believes in creating safe spaces for all kinds of people. Our work revolves around making device that make it easier for people to be included in everyday activities.

Inventions for Inclusion strives to design tools that empower individuals and give them the freedom to access the community around them.

Giving

Many of the people at Inventions for Inclusion all have a personal connection to the work they do. We know how limited and expensive resources can be. We rely mostly on donations to be able to give our creations back for as low cost as possible to those that need it.

Collaboration is key at Inventions for Inclusion. Our ideas are strongest when paired with input from the community and people we serve.

Our passion is to create. We are a team of innovators and creative thinkers – it’s what we’re good at. Our engineers thrive at thinking through challenges and enjoy seeing new products come to life to help those that need it.
